: I stayed for 5 days in Feb 2019. Was visiting from Michigan. Overall I was disappointed and will not return. Take a look at each section. Booking: Booking was easy through multiple websites. I booked a month in advance. One thing that was bad was that I could not refund my booking even if it was only 24 hours. I checked on the site a week later and the rate went down $100. I felt scammed. Location: The location is only a $10-$20 uber ride to most places of interest. This was nice. There is a 24 hour mart next to the hotel that had basic goods that I needed last minute. Some cons were that most restaurants closed fairly early and the only bar in the area was the hotel bar. Pros were the ‘open till 5am’ sushi play Moshi Moshi that was located 10 min walk away. Room: By far the most disappointing aspect. The room itself was nice and updated. Everything was clean. The bathroom was very outdated with a sketchy stand up shower and broken mirror. I wish I would have known the bathroom did not have a tub, it does not specify that anywhere. The room had no adjustable thermostat. The light had a neat remote for fan and light control. I HAD NO HOT WATER THE ENTIRE TIME. NONE. The service staff would knock on the door every day. I asked for a do not disturb sign and they had none so I kept getting bothered. The towels were extremely coarse. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. TV had no channel guide. There was a bible next to the bed in the open which made me uncomfortable. Wifi: THE WIFI WORKED NO WHERE. NO NETWORK WOULD ALLOW CONNECTION. The exception was the patio area, which the wifi worked. Bar and breakfast: The staff at the bar was amazing. Very nice and receptive. Bagels and bananas and cereal for breakfast. It was nice. The only con was the club was open until 3am on the weekend and it was extremely loud!
